RESOLUTION
Na. 71 ~ 31
WHEREAS, the P{Hellas County Sewer System Authorlty, pursuant to
Senate Bill ~{ 1522, has made certain reevmmendatians as contained in the
report of such Authority of March, 197 I; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
has reviewed such recomsnendatians and has Loured them to be appropriate,
constructive and beneficial to the residents, citizens and property owners
of Pinellas County; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that such approval and endorsement be
evidenced in proper form;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITX
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SE55ION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
1, That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, hereby
formally approves the report and recommendations of the Pinellas County Sewer
System Authority of March, 1971..
2. That the Pinellas County Legislative Delegation, and all other
officials, are hereby urged to implement and carry out such recommendations
by appropriate action and legislation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, A.D, 1971.
