WHEREAS, it has been requested by John P, Ashton and Mary Ashton,
ltiis wife, the owner of certain real property in Bay View City Subdfvision~
in the City ~of Clearwater, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a
certain portion of dedicated right of way; and
WHEREAS, said right of way is not necessary nor required and it
is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general
public that the same be vacated;
