RESOLUTION
No. 71 - l?
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has found it necessary to make
emergency repairs to rip-rap Clearwater Pass Bridge; and
WHEREAS. the City of Clearwater wishes to request the Pinellas
County Water and Navigation Control Authority to waive all permit fees for
such proposed project; and
WHEREA5~ said Authority requires a formal rec}uest be made by a
municipality far the waiving of said permit fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER~ FLORIDA
IN 5E55ION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
formally requests the Pinellas County Water and Navigation Control Authority
to waive all permit fees for the emergency repairs to rip-rap Clearwater
Pass Bridge.
Z. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith to
the Pinellas County Water and Navigation Control Authority.
