City formally approving said agreement and authorizing the proper City
officials to execute same;

That the Mayor-Commissioner, tagethcr with the other appropriate
municipal officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and
empowered to execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Coast Line
Railroad Company, bearing date of December 30, 1970, in connection with the
installation and maintenance of a sanitary sewer main, aline of 10-inch cast
iron pipe at a point 480 feet eastwardly from Milepost SY-869. Dellwood,
Florida, under the tracks and property of the Seaboard Goast Line Railroad
