WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement tv that effect for
formal execution by its corgorate officers, as well a$ the pxoper municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted by said
City formally approving said agreement and authorizing the proper City
officials to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOI•lLOWS:
municipal officers of the City of Clearwater, arc hereby authorized and
empowered to execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Coast Line
Railroad Company, bearing date of December 29, 1970, in connection with the
installation and maintenance of a line of 4-inch I.D. black steel pips far the
purpose of conducting natural gas at a point 2, 133 feet northwestwardly from
Mile Past ARE-$$4, Largo, Florida, under the tracks and property of the
Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company.
