WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has found it necessary to
install and maintain under the tracks and property of the Seaboard Coast
Line Railroad Company a sanitary sewer main, aline of 8~inch cast iron
pipe at a point 891 feet northwestwardly from Miie I'nst SY-8b9, Coachman,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to that effect for
formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as the proper municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted by said
City formally approving said a8recment and autl:vrizing the proper City
officials to execute same;

That the Mayor-Commissioner, together with the other appropriate
municipal officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and
empowered to execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Coast Line
Railroad Company, bearing date of Dece:nher I0, 1g7D, in connection With the
installation and maintenance of a sanitary sewer main, aline of 8-inch cast
iron pipe at a point 891 feet northwestwardly tram Mile Post SY^869,
Coachman, Florida, under the tracks and property of the Seaboard Coast
Line Railroad Company.
