Book 58, pages 12 and 13, Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeastexly corner of Lot 2, Block D,
of Bayeide Shores, said corner being Ca-ordinate Point
North 20, 71$.419, East 34, 46x. 43$, thence North 12°56'36"
East, 4$. 33 feet for Point of Beginning; continue thence
North 12°56'36" East, ?3. 48 feet, to a point of intersection
with the East boundary of said Lot 2, said East boundary being
a curve concave to the Southwesterly, having a radius of 275. 00
feet, thence from a tangent bearing South 2°33'19'+ East, run
Southeasterly and Southwesterly along said curve through a
Central Angle of 15029'55", 74.39 feet to the end of curve,

'~ '~ WHEREAS, it has been requested by Bayeide Hotel Co. , Inc. , the
owner of certain real property in Bayeide Shores Subdivision in the City
of Clearwater, Florida, that the City o[ Clearwater, Florida, vacate a
certain drainage easement located thereon; and '
WHEREAS, said drainage easement is not neceBeary nor required and
it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
