the owner of certain real property in Padgett EstateB Subdivision in the
City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a
certain storm sewer easement loca#ed thereon;
WHEREAS, said storm sewer easement is not necessary nor required and
it is deemed to be to the hest interest and advantage of the City and~the
general public that the same be vacated;
NDW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
