' WHEREAS, it has boon requeatod by the developers of Clifton's
Manor Subdivision, the owners of certain real property in said Subdivision,
in the City of Clearwater, Flnrida, that the City °f Clearwater, Florida,
vacate a certain utility easement and an abandoned lift station 'site; and
WHEREAS, said easement and lift station site are not necessary
nor required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the
City and the general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE GITY OF GLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DCTLY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the followixtg:
Begin at the SE corner of Lot 119, Third Addition to
Fair Oaks, as recorded in Plat Book 52, page 38, of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, for a P.O. B. ;
run thence S 0°41'06" W, 60 feet; thence S 89°18'54~~ E,
1010. 07 feet to the Easterly line extended of Hercules
Avenue; thence N 0°19'I5" E along said Easterly line extended,
94. 39 feet; thence S 89°40'45" E parallel to and 6 feet South
of the South boundary line of Fourth Addition to Fair Oaks,
as recorded in Plat Book 54, page 44, of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, 586.25 feet; thence S 0°I4'O1" W,
34. 0 feet; thence S 89°40'45" E, 40, 0 feet; thence N 0°14'01" E,
40. 0 feet; thence N 89°40'45" W, along the South boundary
line of said Fourth Addition, 706. Z4 feet to the Westerly line
extended of Hercules Avenue; thence S 0°19'1S" W, 33.89
feet; thence N 89°IB'S4" W, 929.80 feet to the P.O. B. , as
recorded in O. R. Book 1310, page 403 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law, excepting
that it is not intended to vacate any platted street right of way or easements
dedicated by the plats of Clifton's Man°r as recorded in Plat B°ok 64, page 79
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and Fifth Addition to Fair
Oaks, as recorded in Plat Bo°k 62, page 18 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
