RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the City Commission takes due notice of the development
of an industrial park North of Highway b4 at Belcher Road in the City of
Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to cut the median strip at the
intersection of Main Street with Highway 64 (approximately 634 feet West
of Belcher Road);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY AS5EMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City of Clearwater does hereby officially request
that the Florida Department of Transportation study the feasibility of making
the median strip cut at the intersection of Main Street with Highway 60
(approximately 634 feet West of Belcher Road),
2, That the Florida Department of Transportation do this work at
no cost to the City of Clearwater or to the adjacent property owners.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be sent to the Florida
Department of Transportation.
