WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater Is the ownor of tho hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, said property is to be used as a drainage easement;

WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate
said drainage easement by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is
hereby dedicated as a drainage easement for use by the general public,
and the City of Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear:
The North 25 feet of the South 55 feet of Lot 16 of
Clearwater Industrial Park as recorded in Plat Book
44, page 46, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida.
2, This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
