WHEREAS, it has been requested by Nelson C. Vogel and Maurice
E. Ross, the owners of certain real property in Section ?, Township 29
South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, that the City of Clearwater,
Florida, vacate a certain sanitary sower easement affecting said property; and
WHEREAS, said sanitary sewer casement is not necessary nor roquixed
and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the
general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLI~ ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
