WHEREAS. the Government has approved the said application z -S

subject to certain conditions and has submitted to the 1pplicant a certain
Grant Agreement dated as of 3une 9, 1969, herein called the Crant
Agreement, for approval and execution by the Applicant, which said
Grant Agreement is satisfactory,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the said Grant Agreement, a copy of which is attached
hereto, be and the same is hereby approved,
2, That hierrett R. Stierheim, City Manager of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the said Grant Agreement in the name and on behalf of the
Applicant, in as many counterparts as may be necessary.
3. That Robert G, Whitehead, City Clerk of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to affix
ar impress the official seal of the Applicant thereon and to attest the same.
~. That the proper officer is directed to forward the said
executed counterparts of the said Grant Agreement to the Government,
together with such other documents evidencing the approval and authorization
to execute the same as may be required by the Government.
