I;~~` IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
~n':_ FDLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the Cit}= of Clearwater, Florida,
hereby officially declares that an emergency exists in the channel South
of Clearwater Harbor, between Markers 13 and 19, in that the channel
is virtually impassable because of sand and silt.
z. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
officially requests the U. S. Corps of Engineers to take steps immediately
to correct this hazardous condition.
3. That certified copies of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to the U.S. Corps of Engineers, 3'acksonville, Florlda, and to the Florida
Board of Conservation, Tallahassee, Florida.
