WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of C1°arwater agree to the
vacation of a plattod sewer treatment plant site in the plat of Coachman
. Lake Estates, as recorded in Plat Dnok 62, pages 26 thru 29, of the Public •
•~- ,_• ~"-••~''~"' Records of Pinellas Caunty, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said sewer treatment plant site is no longer necessary
nor required and it is deemed to be to the beet interest and' advantage of the
City and the general public that the same be vacated;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY Tl-IE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Df Clearwater, Florida, hereby consents to the
vacation of the fallowing:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast
1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of Section b, Township z9 South,
Range 16 Eaat; thence South 1°21'44x' Weat along the
East boundary of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest
1/4, 620. 03 feet; thence South 45°z5'02t' East, 222. Zq
feet for the point of beginning; thence South 45°25'02" East,
73. 32 feet; thence South ?9°40'OQ" West, 142. 14 feet; thence
North 10°20'UO" West, 60.00 feet; thence North 79°40'00"
East, 100.00 feat to the point of beginning.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to the
Board of County Commissioners of Pinellas Caunty, Florida.
