WHEREAS, it has been requested by Motr. & White, Inc. , the
owner of certain Taal property located in Section 19, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, in the City of Clearwator, Floxlda, that the City of Clearwater,
Florida, vacate a certain sanitary sewer easement affecting said property;
and
WHEREA5, said sanitary sewer casement is not neeesaary nor
required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the
City and :he general publir, that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
I. That the following:
The Easterly 1S feet of the following described easement
as recorded in Official Record Book 2963, page 1.35 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida: Begin at the
Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4
of Section 19, Township 29 South, Range lb East and run
thence along the 40 acre line S 89°09'04" E, 264.0 feet;
thence N 0°0I'41" W, 40. D feet far a Point of Beginning;
thence continue N 0°01'41" W, 25, q feet; thence 5 89°09'04" E,
25. D feet; thence 5 0°Di'4I" E, 25. 0 feet; thence
N 89°09'04' W, 25. D feet to the Point of Beginning.
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and
interest thereto to the persons, firms or coxpoxations entitled thexeto
by law.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to recoxd this Reaoiution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
