RESOLUTION
No. G9 - 50
WHEREAS, tho City of Clearwater has found it necessary to install
and maintain, for the purposo of a sewer main, aline of 18-inch cast iron
pipe across the rlght of way and underneath the tracks of the Soaboard Coast
Line Railroad Company at a point 1, 203 feet southweatwardly measured
along the centerline of the main track from Milc Post SY-$b$, in Clearwater,
Florida; and ,
WHEREAS, tho Railroad has prepared an agreement to that effect
for formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as the proper
municipal officers of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted by
said City, formally approving said agreement and authorizing the proper
City officials to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SE5SION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered
to execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company,
beating date of April ~, 1969, in connection with the installation and maintenance
for the purpose of a sewer main, a line of 1$-inch cast iron pipe across the
right of way and underneath the tracks of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad
Company at a point 1, 203 feet southwestwardly from :Mile Post SY-$6S,
in Clearwater, Florida.
