RESOLUTION
No. 69 -~2
WHEREAS, the Beard of County Comrr~ibsioners of Pinoilas
County, Florida, has been requested to construct improvements to Springdale
Street, between North Betty Lane and Ra11on Road; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has ordered that
these improvements be made with the cost of the improvements to be
assessed against benefiting abutting property owners in accordance with
Chapter 63-1783, Special Acts of Florida 1963; and •
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Clearwater consent to the
adoption and confirmation of the resolution passed by the Board offering
the said improvement since a part of the improvement to be made lies
in part within the limits of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interests of both the City
and the County of Pinellas to improve this section of Springdale Street; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is desirous of consenting to the
said improvement and the assessment of the poxtion located within the
City limits of the City of Clearwater;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B Y THE CITY
CDMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:

10, Block C axed Lots 8 and 9, Black D, Pine Ridge Subdivision, as recorded
in Plat Book 28, page 98, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
•`~ which said lots and abutting road right of way are located within tlxe City
limits of the City of Clearwater.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith to
the Baaxd of County Commissioners of Pinellas County, Florida.
