WHEREAS, it hag bean requested by Gaarge S. Daily, Trustee,
the owner of certain real property in Hibiscus Gardens in thcs City of
Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a
certain utility easement located thereon; and
WHEREAS, said utility casement is not necessary nnr required and it
is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general
public that then same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED IiY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the fallowing: '
An easement over, under and ugon the rear side five
{5) feet of Lots 6. 7, 8 and 10 through 2b, inclusive,
Block S and Lots 5, 6, lz and 13, Block U, all in
Hibiscus Gardens according to the map or plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 14, pages 55 through 59 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
