RESOLUTION ~~~ Na. 69 - 33 WHEREAS, the National Alliance of Businessmen has been fundod $169:000 for use in Pinellas County to assist in providing ernployrnent opportunlties for hard core unemployed citizens; and WHEREAS, the City Commi~gion of the City of Clearwater desires to officially request the local National Alliance of Businessmen to utilize its full resources in providing such employment opportunities; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY '~ COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATEit, FLOR'iDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, Au FOLLOWS: That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater officially requests the support of the local National Alliance of Businessmen to utilize i#s full resources for the improvement of employment opportunities for hard cote unemployed citizens of the City of Clearwater and pledges the full support of the City Commis©ion towards the efforts of the Natianai Alliance of Businessmen and all civic and service organizations of this area who arc endeavoring to improve employment opportunities.
