Director and City Treasurer of said City, which said accounts are maintained
in' any of the various Banks of the area, including authority to sign requisitions
`' required by any Construction Trust Fund held and managed by any of the
various Banks.
2. That certified copies of this Resolution be forwaxded forthwith
to the various Banks of the area where accounts and Construction Trust Funds
of the City of Clearwater are maintained and said copy shall be the official
authoxiziation of the City of Clearwater to such Bank to accept the signature
of A. C. Lowrey, Jr. as Finance Directox and C~'.ty Treasurer immediately.
