RESOLUTION
No. 69 - 2b
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has found it necessary to
install and maintain for this purpose of conducting natural gas, aline of
6.625-inch O. D. steel pipe across the right of way and underneath the main
track of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company near Dunedin, Florida,
at a point 2, 500 feet northeastwardly from Mile Poet ARE-876; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to that effect
for formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as the proper municipal
officers of the City of Cieaxwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad hae requested a Resolution be adopted by
said City. formally approving said agreement and authorizing the proper
City officials to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered
to execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad
Company, bearing date of November 13, 19b8, in connection with the installa-
tion and maintenance for the purpose of conducting natural Bass of a line
of 6, b25-inch O, D, steel pipe across the right of way and underneath the
main track of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company near Dunedin,
Florida, at a point 2, 5Q0 feet northeastwardly from 114i1e Post ARE-S7b.
