RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SA5IC PLAN FOEL CIVIL
' DEFENSE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER
WHEREAS, in the best interests of the citizens of the City of „
Clearwater, and upon the recommendation of higher Givil Defense
authorities, it has been deemed advisable ko update and revise the Basic
Emergency Operations Plan for the Civil Defense of the City of Clearwater;
and
WHEREAS, said updating and revision has been completed by the
office of the Executive Director for Civ9,1 Defense Affairs; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater has
reviewed this Basic Emergency Operations Plan and finds it adequate to
provide for the Civil Defense of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
That the Basic Emergency Operations Plan far the Civil Defense
of the City of Clearwater, as reviewed, ie hereby adopted and approved,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this
