WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has found it nocessary to install
and maintain for the purpose of conducting natural gas, aline of 2. 375-inch
~. '
O. D. steel pipe across the right of way and under the tracks of Seaboard
Coast Line Railroad Company in Roaery Road (CR 52} at Largo, Florida, at
a paint bIZ feet southwardly from Mile Post ARE-$B4; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to that effect
for formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as the proper
municipal officers of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adapted by
the said City, formally approving said agreement and authorizing the proper
City officials to execute the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, FSE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the Cit-~r of Clearwater, axe hereby authorized and errspowexed
to execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad
Company, bearing date of January 21, 1869, in connection with the installation
and maintenance of a line of z, 375-inch O. D, steal pipe across the right of
way and under the tracks of said Railroad in Roaery Road (CR 52} at Largo,
Florida, at a point 612 feet southwardly from Mile Past ARE-$$4 for the
purpose of conducting natural gas.
