RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has found it necessary to install
and maintain far the purpose of conducting natural gas, aline of 2. 375-inch
O, D, steel pipe across the right of way and under the tracks of Seaboard
Coast Line Railroad Company near Largo, Florida, at a point z37 feet
southwardly from Mile Past 5Y»$7$; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to that effect
for formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as `the proper
municipal officers of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adapted by
the said City, formally approving said agreement and authorizing the proper
City officials to execute the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered
to execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad
Company, hearing ds.te of January 16, 1969, in connection with the installation
and mainkenance of a line of 2. 375-inch O. D, steal pipe across the right of
way and under the tracks of said Railroad near Larger, Florida, at a point
237 feet southwardly from Mile Post SY-878 for the purpose of conducting
natural gag.
