NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAR~yATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered
to execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad
Campay, bearing date of January 15, 1464, in connection with the installation
and maintenance of a line of 2, 375-inch O, D, steel pipe across the right of
way and under the main track of said Railroad in Michigan Boulevard at
Dunedin, Florida, at a point 1, 876 feet southwardly from Mile Post ARE-876
for the purpase of conducting natural gas.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day
