WHEREAS, the Cfty of Clearwater hoe previously paid out of its
funds a cum to cover certain engineering oxpeneee in connection with
the installation of a sanitary sewer line on Isla'ed Estates of Clearwater,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater should now be reimbursed for such
sum expended from the Construction Trust Fund derived from the proceeds
of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1967; and
WHEREAS, there is now due and payable to the General Fund of the
City of Clearwater the following;
Johnson & Albrecht, Engineers,
for resurvey and monumentation
of center line of easement for
installation of sanitary sewer line $69, 45 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY A5SEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $69.45 be paid to the General Fund of the City of
Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund by the First National Bank of
Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund
Agreement dated November 2D, 1967, which Construction Trust Fund is derived
from proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1967.
2, That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to
said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of the City
of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum dixectly to the said
City of Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 {S) and othex pro»
visions of said Construction Trust Fi
