WHEREAS, said survey has now been completed and there is due ,~~;~ y~ ,» , and payable said Railroad from the Gity of Clearwater the sum of $15. 00, according to the statement of said Railroad dated November 15, 1968, copy of which is hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 4 IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: + 1. That the sum of $15.00 be paid from the Construction Trust Fund by the First National Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Floxida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated November 20, 1967, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale 1 of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1967. 2.
