RESOLUTION
No. 68 - 138

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has always been able to boast
of an outstanding Police Lcpartmont and Municipal Court; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department and Municipal Court have ,joined
together in the strict enforcement of the traffic Iaws of the City of
Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater ie
desirous of officially commending the said Police Department and Municipal
Court for their concerted efforts in said enforcement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS: '
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
officially cammerds the City of Clearwater Police Department and the
Municipal Court for their concerted efforts in enforcing the traffic Iaws
of the City of Clearwater and the State of Florida, thereby reducing
accidents and personal injuries which is for the benefit of all of the citizens
of Clearwater.
2, That certified copies of this Resolution be furnished to Police
Chief Frank Daniels, Judge Roland Fox, Associate Judge Elwood Hogan, 3r.
and City Prosecutor R. Grable Stoutamire.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this L96$.
