Pursuant to Section 11A-5 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, Flnrida, 1962, and after public hearing thereon and written notice, the owner of the real property listed in Resolution No, 68-89> passed on August 5, 1468, described as: Lot 18, Block '~E09, First Addition to Sunset Point, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, page 95 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, also known as 1844 Douglas Avenue, Clearwater, Florida. The record title holders to said property appear to be Robert O. Fuller and Easie Fuller, hie wife, whose residence was listed as Pinellas County Nursing Home, 250 W.
