RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater as Ownor ontered into a Leaaa
on June 14, 1966, with Clearwater Flying Company, Inc. , a Florida carparation,
as Tenant; and
WHEREA5, the Tenant, Clearwater Flying Company, Inc. is now
in default in accordance with the terms of said Lease because of the non-
payment of rentals due and owing and other reasons; and
WHEREAS, the City Cornmissian of the City of Clearwater is desirous
of authorizing the City Attorney to take whatever Iegal action is deemed
necessary and proper in connection with this Lease;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN 5ESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby officially authorized and instructed
to take appropriate action and to institute on behalf of the City ali legal
proceedings deemed necessary and proper in connection with said Lease
with Clearwater Flying Company, Inc.
