RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the City of Cloarwatcr is the owner o[ the hcrcinaftnr
described prnporty; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as street right of way,
although the same is to be used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate
said streets by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED 13Y THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORLDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
1, That the following described property be and the earns is hereby
dedicated as a public street for use by the general public, and the City of
Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear:
The East 30 feet of the East 180 feet of the South 150 feet
of the North 322 feet of the NW-1/~k of the SW-1/4
of the SW-1/'1 of Section 2, Towrnship 29 South, Range
I5 East. '
AND
The West 50 feet of the South 200 feet plus or minus of
the NW» 1/4 of the SE-I~4 of the SW- 1/~4 of Section 9,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East.
2, This resolution shall become effective irnmediately upon its
passage.
