NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal officers
of the City of Clearwatex are hereby authorized and empowered to execute
a certain agreement with the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company,
bearing date of August z0, 196$, in connection with the installation and
maintenance of a line of 30-inch reinforced concrete pipe across the right
of way and underneath the main track of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad
Company near Coachman, Clearwater, Florida, at a point z, 067 feet
westwardly from Mile Post SY-$70.
