WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the horeinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention °f the City Commissl°n
that said property has never been formally dedicated as street right of way,
although the same is to be used for such purp°se; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
streets by formal resolution and to name the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF 'pHE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORLDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
