No. 64-187. by substituting the attached map and legal description
of a recommended bulkhead lino for the entiro area within the limits
of the City of Clearwater and immediately adjacent thereto for that
map and description for tho said development which was apart of
Resolution Na. 58-48. as amended by Resolution No. 64-187. Tn al1
other respects the said Resolution No. 58-'48 as affirmed by Resolu-
tion No. 64-127 and as amended by Resolution No. 64-187 and as
amended by this Resolution (No. 68-93) is hereby ratified and con-
firmed.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution shall be sent
forthwith to the Chairman of the Pinellas County Commission acting
as Pinellas County Navigation and Water Control Authority.
