WHEREAS, the Seaboard Coast Lina Railroad is desirous of
installing a spur track near Lot l5, Clearwatex Industrial Park; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is willing to grant an easement
to the Railroad for installation and maintenance of such spur track
with certain reservatiana retained by the City; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted
by the said City formally approving said easement and authorizing the
proper City officials to execute same;

°fficera of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered to
execute a certain easement for the installation and maintenance of a spur track
to the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad over the following described property:
