WHEREAS, it has been determined that an casement i4 required for
sanitary transmission in Pinellas Graves within the City limits of the City of
Clearwater; and -
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has the necessary authority,
as well as the necessary financex ko acquire said casement; and
WHEREAS, considerable effoxt has been made by the City of
Clearwater in order to acquire the necessary casement and it is now
apparent that condemnation proceedings must be filed against said
property owner whose parcel has not been acquired by the City of
Clearwa#er for said purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE C1TY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION Di3LY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
I. To foxthwith acquire and appropriate a permanent easement
from H. Roy Ahlgrim, 18b3 Harding Drive, Clearwater, Florida, which
said permanent easement is described as follows:
A pexmanent easement over the South 10 feet of Lot 14,
Pinellas Groves in the SW-lf4 of Section 1, •Township 29
South, Range 15 East, Pinellas Cousity, Florida, together
with a temporary easement over the Noxtl: lfl feet of the
South ZO fleet of said Lot 14, Pinellas Gxoves.
Z, The purpose of said appropriation being for the sanitary
transmission system.
3. The City Manager shall cause written notice hereof to be given
to the aforesaid owner in accordance with Section 139 of the Charter of
the City of Clearwater.
