WHEREAS, it has bs~en requested by I. C. Helmly Furniture Co. ,
Inc, , the owner of certain real property in Skycreat Subdivision, Unit D,
in the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwator, Florida,
vacate a certain utility easement at the rear of its property; and
WHEREA5, said utility easement ~is not necessary nor required
and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and
the general public that the same be vacated;
NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
