WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has previously paid out of its
funds sums to cover certain expenses for now water main irn tallation in
Tangerine, Madison and Douglas Avenue improvement project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater should now be reimbursed for
such some expended from the Construction Trust Fund derived from the
proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1967; and

WHEREAS, there is now due and payable to the Assessment Fund of
the City of Clearwater the following:
Expenses for installation of new water main
in Tangerine, Madison and Douglas Avenue
improvement project X13, 643.33
far a total reimbursement to the Assessment Fund of $13, 643. 33;

•y'~~;`„~,: 1, That the sum of $13, 643. 33 be paid to the Assessment Fund
of the City of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund by the First
National Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of
Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated November 20, 1967, which Construc-
tion Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue ,
Certificates, Series of 1967.
z. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered foxflawith to
said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of the
City of Cleaxwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum aixectly to the
said City of Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B) and other
provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agxeement.
