COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
• That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply, ae
soon as passible, to the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the
State of Florida and to the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, pursuant to the
applicable State and Federal laws and regulations, fax the necessary permits
to allow the removal of Band, rock, and earth by dredging and pumping from
the following described real property lying in Clearwater, Florida, in order
to serve the public interest by the improvement of navigation channels and
to provide and improve recreational facilities, to wit:
