RESOLUTION
No. 68 - 55

WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Clearwater to install
certain utilities within the right of way of the State Raad Department and
Pinellas County; and
WHEREAS, in order to begin said installation certain use permits'
must be executed on behalf of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater is deairoue
of authorizing the City Manager, Mexrett R. Stierheim, to execute the
necessary use permits on behalf of the City of Clearwater;
-NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED SY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER+ FLORIDA,
IN SESSION REGULARLY AND DULY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWSi
