• WHEREAS, it has bean determined that an easement is required for
the storm drainage system in Skycreet within the City limits of the City of
Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has the necessary authority,
as well as the necessary finances to acquire said easement; and
WHEREAS, considerable effort has been made by the City of
Clearwater in order to acquire the necessary easement and it is now
apparent that condemnation proceedin,ga must be filed against said
property owners whose paxcel has not been acquired by the City of
Clearwater for said purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5

The South 5 feet of Lot Faux (4) in Block "B" of Slcycrest
Unit "D", according to the map or plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Bnok z8, page 52 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County. Florida.
2. The purpose of said appropriation being for the storm drainage
system in Skycreat in the City of Clearwater, Florida.
3. The City Manager shall cause written notice hereof to be given
#o the aforesaid owners in accordance with Section 139 of the Charter of
the City of Clearwater.
