RESOLUTXON
No. 66 - 5 3
WHEREAS, the State Road Department is including in its coastxuction
plans for the widening of Missouri Avenue from Lakeview Avenue North to
Court Street the installation of signals at Lakeview Avenue, the entrance to
Searatown and Sunshine Mall and Druid Aaad; and
WHEREAS, the State Road Depaxtment desires written confirmtation
from the City of Clearwater agxeeing to the maintenance and furnishing of
power for these signals upon completion of the installations;
NOWT THEREFORE, SE l:T RESOLVED BY THE CYTY
COMMISSYON OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSYON DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWSt
1. That the City of Clearwater hereby agrees to maintain and furnish
the powex fax signals to be installed at Lakeview Avenue, the entrance to
Searatown and Sunshine Mall and Dxuid Road, involved in the State Road
Department=s widening of Missouri Avenue from Lakeview Avenue North
to Court Street.
2. That five copies of this Resolution be sent to Mr. C. W. Monts
De Oca, District Engineer, State Road Department, Haxtow, Florida.
