WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, has rcreived and favorably considered the request of Merle
McVeigh Chamberlain and Anne McVeigh Bywater to vacate part of a
~~ - '-~-~-- --•~--- plat containing the hereinafter described lands; and

WHEREAS, said Merle McVeigh Chamberlain and Anne McVeigh
Dywater -ire the record fee simple owners of said real property situate
in Pinellas County, Florida, and located within said City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, it appears that there arc no outstanding equities owned
by anyone whomsoever affecting any of said property, that vacation of said
portion of said plat will not affect the ownership of any other persons,
that all taxes against said property through the year 1967 have been paid,
and that it is necessary and desirable that said part of such plat be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the plat containing the following described real property:
Lots 1 through 9, inclusive, Black G, and Lots 1 through
6, inclusive, Slack H, McVeigh Subdivision, 2nd Addition,
together with that portion of Sherman McVeigh Drive
lying between said Blocks G and H and the 2Q foot alley
lying between Lots b and 7 in said Block H, McVeigh
Subdivision, 2nd Addition, according to the rnap or plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Boole ~~i, page +~B of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated insofar as the City Commission has
authority so to do.
