RESOLUTION
No. b8 - 46
WHEREAS, the State Road Department of Florida has located ancl~
proposes to c•nnatruct or reconstruct a part of State Road 5-595-A; and
WHEREAS, in order for the Skate Road Degartxnent to further and
complete said pra,}ect, it is necessary that certaim utilities and/or facilities
within the Right of Way limits of said State Road S-5 45-A be adjusted,
changed ar relocated; and
WHEREAS, the State Road Department having requested the City of
Clearwater, Florida, to execute and deliver to the State Raad Department
a Utilities Agreement, agreeing to make nr cause to 6e made such adjustments,
changes or relocations of said utilities and/or facilities as set out in said
Agreement, and said request having been duly caneidered;
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
1. That the proper officials of the City of Clearwater, Flarida, be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to make, Pxecute and deliver
to the State Road Department a Utilities Agreement far the adjustment,
change or relocation of certain utilities within the Right of Way limits of
said State Road 5-595-A, Section 15570-6605.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution 1~c forwarded to the
State Raad Department at Tallahassee, Florida.
