~ WHEREAS, the State Raad Department having requested the City of

of Easement in favor of the State of Florida in and to said lands required for
right of way purposes for said State Road and said xequest having been duly
considered;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI'T'Y
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN 5ESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
~~ 1. That the pxoper officials of the City of Clearwater be axed they
are hereby authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver to the State
Road Department a Subordination of Easement in favor of the State of Florida
in and to said lands owned by Metropolitan Lice Insurance Company required
for right of way purposes for State Road S»595A.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to the State Road Depaxtment at Bartow, ;
