1. That the City of Clearwater hereby agrees to pay to the~5tate
Road Department fifty per cent (50%) of the cost of the following:
a. Six-pac modular unit with base mounted cabinet
b. Six detectors with power supply
c. Eight traffic signal heads, three section, ane way with
disconnect hangers and twelve inch lenses
d. Foux txaffic signal heads, four section, one way with left
turn arrows, disconnect hangers and twelve inch lenses
e. Four concrete strain poles Class VI

~. That the City of Clearwater further agrees to furnish all miscellaneous
haxdware, to install the equipment and to service and maintain said installation.
3. That the State Road Department agrees to purchase the aforesaid
equipment an a competitive bid basis.
d. That five copies of this Resolution be sent to Mr. C. W.
Monts De Oca, District Engineex, State Road Department, Bartow, Florida.
