RESOLUTION
'~'~~'- Nn. • 68 - 35
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater and Anthony S. Battaglia
are desirous of entering into an agreement concerning the annexation
of certain property into the City of Clearwater, the xezoning of certain
property now in the City limits, and certain services in connection with
said properties; and •
WHEREAS, said Agreement requires that the City Commisuion formally
approve same and authorize the execution thereof by a formal Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered to
execute a certain Agreement with Anthony 5. Battaglia beaxing date of
March 4 , 1968, isi connection with the annexation and rezoning of certain
properties.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution shad be made a part
of said Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th , daay of March,; 1968.
