RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater determined there was a need
for additional water and sewage facilities; and
' WHEREAS, the contracts for the construction of Parts I through iV
of the 1967 Water and Sewer Projects were tet~tively awarded an February
14, 196$, as follows:
Part I Knob Construction Co. Inc. , St. Petersburg $287. 988. 00
Part II Paul Giuliani & Co. Inc. , St. Petersburg 226, 707. 00
Part III • Mechanical & Chemical Equipment Co. ,
Brandon, Florida 29, 900. UO
Part IV Misener Marine Construction Inc. , St.
Petersburg Beach 66, 140. 45
and
WHEREAS, the above tour (4} projects were submitted to the Federal
Water Pollution Control Administration and the Florida State Board of Health
for their approval; and
WHEREAS, the approval by the atarementioned agencies has been
received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the four (4) contracts which were tentatively approved on February
14, 1968, to wit: Knob Construction Co. Inc. in the amount of $2$7, 9$8.00,
Paul Giuliani & Co, Inc, in the amount of $226, 707. 00, Mechanical & Chemical
Equipment Co. in the amount of $29, 900. 00 and Misener Marine Construction
Inc, in the amount of $66, 140.45, are hereby officially approved and awarded
in the amounts set forth herein.
