WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is desirous of objecting officially
to said proposed method of rate design;
NOW, THEREFORE, SE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY A55EMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City of Clearwater officially objects to the adoption of
the Federal Fewer Commission Staff's proposed method of rate design as
filed 3anuary 17, 1968, in Docket RP 68-1, and urges the Federal Power
Commission to reject this proposed method of rate design,
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be transmitted forthwith
to the Federal Power Commission as the City of Clearwater's official objection
to said proposed method of rate design.
